Annual Raft Up America Bay

Hello Members,

Our Annual Raft up is upon us again, next weekend  6th to 8th November.

Now that the boating season is officially open, come and enjoy a weekend raft up in America Bay and lunch at Cottage Point Kiosk.

Catch up for a relaxing weekend on the water with fellow BHCC members. Sit back and enjoy the serenity of America Bay or join in for some fun activities.  There will be special prizes for the largest fish and yabby caught over the weekend (and an extra prize if you catch the winning fish with the winning Yabby)!

How about a family Kayak relay race?

Arrive when it suits you from late in the week or if you can’t make the whole weekend, call in for a day or a few hours, we’d love to see you. Give the “Bobbin Head Fleet” a call on Ch 72 on approach to America bay.

Our favourite local restaurant “The Cottage Point Kiosk” will again be our Saturday lunch destination. They serve some amazing dishes including Trent’s signature Fish Curry or Aussie Black Muscles, a copy of their menu is HERE.

 

Friday Night:

We’ll kick off with a traditional sausage BBQ (the club with supply the sausages and bread).

Saturday:

Maybe enjoy an early fish, bush walk or long slow breakfast. At midday we’ll jump onto a couple of boats for the trip upriver to The Cottage Point Kiosk (BYO Drinks).

Saturday Night:

Nibbles, drinks and socialising back onboard.

Sunday:

Bring some morning tea to share with the Commodore, then free time and head home whenever suits or stay on into the new week.

1/ Please RSVP on link below ASAP as we need to confirm restaurant numbers by Wednesday 4th November.

2/ Please view the menu as we will require lunch selections by Friday night.
